• Trouble-free installation
• Works much like IE5, not much new to learn

• Image Toolbar makes saving and sending images easier (hovers over most images)

• Media Bar opens side pane for "seamless web experience"

• Improved privacy features, easier encryption

INSTALLATION

• Free download from http://microsoft.com/windows/ie/
• Download is over 10 megs
• OR, buy a CD-ROM  for $10 from Microsoft web site or 800 number
• IE6 comes automatically with the new operating system XP
• No problem with stored favorites
• Outlook Express 6 is installed automatically, no problem with address book, saved email
